1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading the Daily Dev Habit plugin or creating a Cloud account, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service Daily Dev Habit provides a journaling and telemetry tool. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Cloud service at any time (though we will try to provide notice).

3. User Responsibilities You are responsible for keeping your Cloud Token and Password secure. You agree not to use the API for malicious purposes or to overload our servers.

4. Privacy & Data We collect your email to manage your account. Your logs are stored privately on our secure servers. We do not sell your data. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. NO WARRANTY (As-Is) Disclaimer of Warranties The Service and Software are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lauren Bridges / Daily Dev Habit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service.
